Belgium’s
Lambic Beers are unique, combining specific natural resources and
climatic conditions from the region southwest of Brussels with local
brewing skills built up over centuries to produce a style of beer
unlike any in the world. |
|
Belle-Vue
Kriek

gives a burgundy hue and a refreshingly fruity taste to the beer.

Hoegaarden is
totally different by nature. Different in the kind of beverage that
it is and in it’s naturally refreshing taste experience. |
|
Hoegaarden
Grand Cru
is the noblest beer in the Hoegaarden brewery, with a surprising
bouquet and a peachy colour and palate. It is the result of traditional
brewing methods where special attention is given to the selection
of ingredients, such as Hoegaarden yeast as well as the time necessary
for brewing and refermentation in the bottle. The taste combines
sweetness with a hop bitterness that real beer lovers will appreciate.

Forbidden Fruit
Fruit is a claret coloured speciality beer of rare complexity, brewed
according to long tradition in which the secret blend of dark malts,
dried orange peel and coriander, along with bottle conditioning,
create a tremendously aromatic result. It can be served lightly

Kwak is a treasure
of Flemish Belgium. Paul Kwak, an innkeeper, brewed this beer before
the Bostels brewery revived it’s tradition. The distinct glass
was formerly held on the sides of stagecoaches. |
|
Kwak
Kwak is a deep amber beer, with an earthy aroma, a liquorice-like
maltiness, a nougat chewiness and a warm finish, reminiscent of
caramelized bananas. It is made from three malts, including some
wheat and white candy sugar is added in the kettle.
